In Spanish; J's are pronounced as H's

After Ecuador it was onto the point breaks of Peru. They are very busy so this results in many early mornings spent quaffing biscuits and tea until the crowd dies down.

It was only after about 2 weeks of eating this locally baked biscuit that I found out it's name;

The Alfajore

Welcome to South America's most promiscuously dominant biscuit..

When it comes to selecting a biscuit to complement Mr Lipton's Finest Earl Grey, nothing satisfies my desires and continues to dominate over its contemporaries quite as effectively as the Alfajore.

Pure evolution.
